Koalas are cute little marsupials which everyone want to cuddle and play with. As a kid, I always dreamed of having one as a pet. Though that dream never came through, I am glad I can recreate one myself using fondant. This is a pictorial on how I made a koala using fondant for a baby shower cake.

As with all my fondant work, this koala was made using marshmallow fondant.
