Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) Cake
This teenage mutant ninja turtles (TMNT) cake was made for the son of a friend who just turned 3. He loves the TMNTs and his mum decided to surprise him with this lovely cake. I for one had always wanted to make a TMNT themed cake and thus was happy to oblige.
The cake itself is a 2 tier 8 on 11 inch cake. The sponges are Nigerian cakes frosted with vanilla buttercream. All the design work was done with marshmallow fondant.
