    I need to know how to make an alternative swallow i.e eba and their likes. Read about using physillium tusk n cabbage or cauliflower. Caulifer isn’t “cheap” by any standard while I don’t know how or where to get the physillium tusk.
    A fiend added me to a low crab diet group and I’m interested need to lose weight badly.
    Wouldn’t mind some fanciful recipes too, love your site my first visit but definitely not my last
