Surgeon Uniform Cake
A friend of a friend was celebrating his 50th birthday party. He is a surgeon by profession and the friend wanted a cake which will showcase his career. We both settled for a surgeon uniform cake and she left the finer details to me. After a lot of carving, molding and draping, I came up with this lovely cake. She was stoked!
The cake itself is a Nigerian Cake frosted with vanilla buttercream. All the design work was carried out with marshmallow fondant.
