Bouquet Cake
This is a lovely grey cake with an emerald stone in front and a lovely flower bouquet on top. This is the second flower bouquet cake I am making, the first being the bridal shower cake below. This cake was made for the birthday of a friend who loves flowers and the color blue. I thus set to give her both in a single cake. She was thrilled to see her cake.
The cake itself is a French Vanilla Sponge frosted with Vanilla Buttercream. All the design work was done with Marshmallow Fondant.
