This is actually two separate cakes which I merged together to create this regal look. I had a lot of fun with this creation and it has become one of my favorite cakes.

The top tier is a Chocolate Butter Cake frosted with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe soon) and Coconut-Pecan Frosting. The bottom tier is a Nigerian Style Vanilla Cake frosted with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting. All the design work was carried out with marshmallow fondant.
