This cake was made for a legal personality who just became a Nigerian Court of Appeal judge. You can imagine my excitement when I was asked to make a cake for him. Law remains my first love and a profession I cherish a lot. After some brainstorming and with the help of his family, we were able to arrive at this concept. The execution was quite a delight. The newly appointed judge was impressed and loved his cake. Altogether, a very wholesome experience.

This cake has 3 tiers. The top tier is a coconut sponge cake frosted with coconut-rum frosting. The middle tier is a French vanilla sponge cake frosted with vanilla buttercream. The bottom tier is a red velvet cake frosted with cream cheese frosting. All the design work was carried out with marshmallow fondant.
